		<description><![CDATA[I have no expertise on the subject, but I presume the crisis will end as previous economic downturns have--with an infusion of government money to re-inflate the economy.  Historically there have been only two successful forms of such re-inflation: public works projects (roads, bridges, schools; in this case alternative energy projects and other forms of intellectual infrastructure) and wars.  Naturally I hope the Obama Administration will choose the former rather than the latter.]]></description>
